I do not believe I suffer from depression, at least not the form of it that have heard people describe as a sort of numbness. I have experienced thoughts about self-harm and suicide, but I don’t think so, no. I know people who have or have had it and realise that it is a problem and not enough people recognize it as such.

And so often it is misunderstood, mostly due to ignorance caused by the many social stigmas surrounding them that make people hesitant to learn.

What Gaming Means To Me

Gaming is both a way to make bonds with people and an escape, much like other forms of entertainment or art.
